Clint Mollineau

Manager of Facilities & Operations

Clint Mollineau serves as Manager of Facilities and Operations at Redeemer East Side, bringing over 30 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management and a heart for stewardship. He joined Redeemer East Side in October 2024 and ensures the church’s buildings and equipment are safe, welcoming, and well maintained to support worship, ministry, and community life. Clint began his career as a maintenance technician and advanced through years of dedicated service and strong leadership. He is a graduate of Hofstra University (2012), with a focus in facilities management for school and commercial building programs, and has extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Known for his servant-hearted approach and attention to detail, Clint is a valued member of the Redeemer East Side team. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling internationally and helping those less fortunate.
